Elevating Midtown

Midtown Kansas City Redevelopment.

Elevate Design + Build is wildly in love with the heart of our city and is dedicated to preserving and elevating each neighborhood we partner with.  Our recent redevelopment efforts have seamlessly paired modern home designs with historic neighborhoods like Manheim Park, Center City, and Squier Park.  Our Urban Living Collection of plans feature modern lines, garages or carports, modern lifestyle amenities like outdoor spaces with built-in fire pits, grilling stations, and covered decks perfect for entertaining friends and family. Our intent is to offer luxury urban living where vacant lots once lay. Contact our team to learn more about our Urban Living Collection in Midtown Kansas City.
